This fine Chokwe staff exhibits a slender, anthropomorphic form which tapers down to a point. A carved male head surmounts the staff/knife.
The top section of the staff, which encases the blade of the knife, is beautifully adorned with finely engraved cross-hatched and circular-shaped decorations on both sides.
