A small stool with three upright supports. The two outer supports are curved slightly outwards. The seat and base are circular in form.
Craved from a semi hard brown wood. Such stools would have been carried and sat upon mostly by elders of the Pokot and other neighbouring tribes in Northern Kenya, Uganda and Southern Ethiopia.
Such pieces where treasured as a personal possession along with other items like a headrest, a snuff container and title staff.
