A beautifully beaded leather strap, affixed with two decorative metal attachments, runs across the length of this snuff container. The form of the container has been crafted from animal horn and wood, in which the upper horn section is attached to a tapered wooden base with a series of circular aluminium tacks. A carved wooden stopper fits snugly into the neck of the container, which is adorned with cross-hatched decorations and a strand of white beads.
