These two early bronze bangles are from the Gurunsi culture of Burkina Faso. The larger bangle is adorned with two V-shaped designs, which flank a central column. Over time, the surface of this bangle has developed a beautiful worn patina.
The smaller bronze bangle is decorated with three raised ridges. A series of small dots embellish either end of each ridge. The bottom of the smaller-sized bangle features pronounced collar.
Each bangle is sold separately.
