Terracotta water vessel, Nupe, Nigeria. The vessel has a beautiful form, with a large rounded body, a ringed neck that leads to a wide shallow mouth with a rimmed edge.
The surface is decorated with geometric designs, including horizontal bands, repeating raised fine linear patterns around the body, shoulder, neck, and rim.
