It is rare to find bangles like these. Bought as a pair on Portobello Road market from a dealer around twenty years ago, a similar example is published in Colette Ghysel's World of Bracelets (p. 48). These two bangles, one made from bronze and the other from a mixed alloy of copper and bronze, display finely cast decorative motifs.
