Fashioned from a tree branch, this Dinka headrest incorporates the natural form of the wood into its design. The animal-like shape of the headrest consists of a curved neck support 'body' supported by three splayed legs, in which the distinctive naturally bent shape of the back leg is an unusual characteristic of this piece.
